Your ticket is good for entry on the designated night anytime during a half hour period. For example, a 5:30pm ticket is good for arrival anytime between 5:30pm and 5:59pm. Please select your date and time carefully before making your purchase. Tickets may not be exchanged once the purchase is complete. There is no rain date. In case of a severe weather cancellation, ticket holders will receive two free passes for a future regular guided tour of Oakland.
